How we use what you share.

Effective August 20, 2026. This page covers gavana.ai. The signed-in product has its own boundary.

Who this is for

Gavana operates this public website at gavana.ai. It is a marketing site. It is not the product. The product is the signed-in app at app.gavana.ai.

This page explains what we collect here, why, and how to ask us to change or delete it. Using the site or joining the waitlist means you have read it. For how you may use the site, see Terms.

What this website collects

If you only browse, we do not ask for your name or email. The waitlist is the one place this site asks you for personal information.

When you join the waitlist we receive:

  • The email address you type
  • A source label for which form you used (for example hero, finale, or a product page)
  • A hidden spam field. If that field is filled, we treat the submit as junk and do not add you

The form posts to Gavana’s own waitlist endpoint on app.gavana.ai. It is not a public inbox and not an ad network.

We do not ask for a password, payment card, canvas content, or account on this website.

How we use the waitlist

We use the email to write you about access to Gavana — when it opens, and related product notes for people who asked to be notified.

We do not sell waitlist emails. We do not use them to run ads. We do not buy lists to append to yours.

We keep the address for as long as we need it to do that job, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first.

What we do not collect here

This site does not set an advertising cookie. It does not build a profile of you from page to page for ads.

Your browser still does ordinary web things: it requests pages, images, and scripts from our host. Server logs on a host can include an IP address, time, and which file was asked for. We do not use those logs to market to you.

Fonts and other third parties on this site

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may see that your browser requested those files. That is Google’s service, not a Gavana ad pixel.

Links on this site go to places we do not operate, including:

  • The Gavana app at app.gavana.ai
  • The Gavana Help Center
  • Ask-AI destinations such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Grok, if you choose them

If you follow those links, their own terms and privacy rules apply. We do not send them your waitlist email when you click.

Cookies on this public site

Joining the waitlist does not require a tracking cookie. The waitlist is a form post.

With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics to measure visits to the public site. Google Analytics is not loaded until you choose “Accept analytics.” If you reject it, we save only your choice so we do not ask again. We will not treat a silent visit as consent. The signed-in app is not part of that choice.

You can always clear cookies and site data in your browser. That does not remove your waitlist email. For that, ask us through the Help Center.

The Gavana app is separate

The signed-in app at app.gavana.ai does not use Google Analytics or marketing cookies.

It keeps a small set of aggregate, first-party service counts. Those counts cover things like completed sign-ins, canvas creation, and feature-request submissions. They do not include:

  • Your canvas content
  • Prompts
  • Assets
  • Your account identifier
  • Provider settings
  • Access credentials

Work you make in Gavana is yours to review, reuse, and ship. The app may have additional product notices when you sign in. This page does not replace those.

Who can see waitlist data

Gavana staff who run early access can see waitlist emails in order to write you. We do not publish the list.

The waitlist is stored in Gavana’s own systems used to operate app.gavana.ai. We do not hand the list to an ad platform.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the site from abuse (for example repeated spam submits).

Your requests

You can ask us to:

  • Confirm whether we have your waitlist email
  • Correct it
  • Delete it so we stop writing you about access

Send the request through the Gavana Help Center or the Contact page. Tell us the email you joined with. We may need to check that the request is from you.

Children

This waitlist is for people who can sign up for a creative product. It is not aimed at children. Do not submit an email for someone who cannot agree to this on their own. If you believe we have an email for a child, tell us through the Help Center and we will remove it.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, we will update the effective date at the top. Keep reading it if you keep using the site or stay on the list.
