What this site is for.

Effective August 20, 2026. These terms are for the public website. The signed-in app may add more when you log in.

The agreement

By using gavana.ai, joining the waitlist, or following links from this site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy page. If you do not agree, do not use the site and do not submit an email.

Gavana operates this marketing website. It explains the product. It is not a store, not a signed-in canvas, and not a contract for a launch date.

This site is not the product

The public site is informational. Campaign stills, examples, and copy here are to show what Gavana is for. They are not a deliverable you purchased.

The product is the signed-in app at app.gavana.ai. Opening that app, creating a canvas, or running a generation is a different surface. It may have its own notices, usage limits, and account rules. These website terms do not replace those.

The waitlist

If you join the waitlist, you ask us to email you about access to Gavana. You confirm the address is yours to use, and that we may write you for that purpose.

Joining the list is not:

  • A guaranteed invite
  • A reserved seat on a date
  • A paid order
  • An employment, partnership, or agency relationship

We may accept, delay, or close the list. We may never open to everyone who joined. We will not treat a waitlist submit as a promise we failed to keep.

You can ask us to take the address off the list. Use Contact or the Help Center.

Your work in Gavana

What you make in the Gavana app is yours to review, reuse, and ship, as far as Gavana is concerned. That is the product rule this website already states.

That does not mean:

  • You own Gavana’s software, marks, or this website
  • Third-party models, agents, or stock you bring in are free of their own terms
  • We warrant that a still is clear of every third-party claim

If you upload someone else’s brand, likeness, or product, you are responsible for having the right to use it. Gavana does not clear that for you from this marketing page.

Our content and marks

The Gavana name, cat mark, wordmark, layout, copy, and the stills we show as examples on this site belong to Gavana, or are used to explain the product. Do not copy the site as your own product. Do not use the mark to imply we built, funded, or endorsed your work unless we said so in writing.

You may share a link to gavana.ai. You may quote a short line with credit. You may not scrape the site to train a competing service, republish the page as if it were yours, or wrap our mark in an ad that we did not place.

How you may use this website

Use the site as a person reading about Gavana. Do not:

  • Break or overload the waitlist, including automated submits and spam
  • Probe the site for other people’s emails or for a way around access
  • Plant malware, scrape at a volume that harms the host, or impersonate Gavana
  • Use the Ask-AI prompts to claim we said something we did not publish here

We can block an address or an IP from the waitlist if it looks like abuse. We do not have to give a reason in that case.

Third-party services you choose

The homepage can send a prompt to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or Grok if you click those tiles. That is you talking to them. It is not Gavana logging you into those products. Their terms apply once you leave.

The Help Center and the app login are also separate hosts. Clicking them is your choice.

Availability

We want the site up. We do not warrant that it will be. Pages, examples, and waitlist forms can change, go down, or be replaced. A still on this site is an example, not a specification you can demand in the app.

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Gavana disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement for this marketing website.

If something goes wrong

This page is a marketing site with a waitlist. It is not a paid canvas session. To the extent the law allows, Gavana is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damage that comes from using or not being able to use this website, from joining or not getting off the waitlist, or from relying on example stills.

If a court says a part of these terms cannot apply, the rest still does.

Changes

We can update these terms. The effective date at the top will change. If you keep using the site or stay on the waitlist after that, the new terms apply. If the change is about how we use your email, the Privacy page is the one to read first.
